The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by iChoice of the site. YOU AGREE THAT ICHOICE AND ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM USE OF THE MATERIALS AND THIS SITE, EVEN IF ICHOICE OR ITS LICENSORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions hereof shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Dallas without regards to as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Dallas by Dallas residents and without regards to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or federal court in the Dallas County, Dallas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
